UNEAR’s mission is to create a safe, inspiring, and respectful digital space where everyone can share challenges, life moments, and positive emotions with confidence. To preserve this spirit, we have established this Acceptable Use Policy, which applies to all users of the platform.

  1. Prohibited content and behaviors

When using UNEAR, you agree not to post, send, or share any content that is:

  • Illegal or in violation of applicable laws (e.g., defamation, hate speech, copyright or privacy infringement)

  • Harassing or intimidating toward other users, including mockery, threats, or repeated unsolicited messages

  • Violent, hateful, or discriminatory, including on the basis of gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic

  • Sexually explicit or suggestive, including nudity, pornography, or any sexually themed material

  • Shocking, dangerous, or encouraging risky behaviors such as dangerous physical challenges, self-harm, or substance use

  • Deceptive or fraudulent, including false information, scams, or any attempt at impersonation

  • Advertising or promotional in nature, unless explicitly authorized by UNEAR

  1. Privacy protection

You agree to:

  • Not post personal information about others without their explicit consent (name, photo, address, phone number, etc.)

  • Not record, capture, or share other users’ content without their permission

  • Respect the confidentiality of conversations and content shared within private groups

  1. Service security and integrity

It is prohibited to:

  • Use UNEAR in any way that harms its proper functioning (e.g., via bots, scripts, spam, or technical attacks)

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the service

  • Collect data from other users without their consent

  1. Moderation and enforcement

UNEAR reserves the right to:

  • Remove or hide any content that does not comply with this policy or the Terms of Use

  • Suspend or delete an account in cases of repeated or serious violations

  • Temporarily restrict certain features (posting, commenting, etc.) in cases of problematic behavior

If you believe that an action has been taken against you in error, you may request a review through the contact form available in the app.

  1. Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that you find inappropriate, dangerous, or contrary to these rules, you can report it directly within the app. Our team will carefully review each report in accordance with the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA).
